Photoshop Before and After - Overland Park Senior Pictures - Senior Photographer

It is so important to find a senior photographer to take your senior pictures who knows how to use photoshop.  Whether you are looking for an Overland Park senior photographer or a Lee's Summit senior photographer, he or she should have a good handle on editing pictures.  It is so much fun to take senior pictures from good to WOW with just a little work in Photoshop.  Here's another example of a beautiful senior picture from Blue Valley North senior Colette.  But I just needed to take a few extras out of her senior picture. 

Faith and Kelly - twins - Kansas City senior pictures {Loose Park}

I got so crazy dorkily excited when I found out I finally got to photograph TWIN senior girls!!!  I have been taking senior pictures in Kansas City for years... and never ever have I got to photograph TWIN senior pictures!!  Kelly and Faith were so much fun to photograph.  We did both of their sessions at Loose Park.  Each one brought super cute outfits... and they came to each other's senior photography sessions.  At the end of both senior picture sessions, we did our twin pictures.  Both girls had fantastic pictures.  And the twin senior pictures were so much fun too!!!  Here are a few of my favorites!! 

Lauren M. senior session - Overland Park senior pictures

I was so excited to take Lauren's senior pictures.  From the moment she agreed to be a senior rep until the date of her session... I was seriously looking forward to her senior pictures.  Lauren goes to high school in Overland Park, KS.  So we decided to meet up at a park in Leawood, KS for her session.  Then we went to Prairie Fire museum area to finish up our Overland Park senior pictures.  Lauren was the sweetest thing ever.  She is one of the most positive senior girls I've ever met.  Her mom was SO much fun.  I had the best time taking her senior pictures.  I came home smiling.  Here are a few of my favorite pictures from Lauren's senior picture session. 

Lily senior session - Kansas City Senior Pictures

Every once in a while, I get to take senior pictures of a girl who has just "got it"... and it's hard to describe what "it" is.  Charisma, confidence, beauty, sass, personality, humor, silliness... But let me tell you.  Lily has "it".  First off, she's stunning... like seriously gorgeous.  As a Kansas City senior photographer, she's the kind of girl that is THE most fun to photograph.  She was silly.  She played on a playground.  She brought her dog... who she just loves.  She had the perfect amount of confidence and sass, that made her pictures ROCK.  I am so thankful Lily chose me to take her senior pictures.  This Kansas City senior picture session was at Loose Park in Kansas City, Missouri. 

Natalee turns 13 - Lee's Summit teen pictures

As a Lee's Summit teen photographer, I love taking pictures of gorgeous teenage girls.  I met Natalee last spring when I took pictures of 5 teen BFFs.  Natalee was the funniest 11 year old I had ever met.  And her blue eyes are show stopping!!  Natalee turned 13, so we did a photo session for her birthday!!  Here are a few of my favorite teen pictures of Natalee.  These were taken in downtown Lee's Summit. 

Before and After - Kansas City Headshot Photographer

As a Kansas City headshot photographer, I always try to make my clients look their best.  I took a class last Spring that really helped me perfect my studio and headshot editing skills.  This headshot picture of Alexis is a great example.  She's incredibly photogenic... so it's my job to make her headshot picture look perfect.  It's so important to hire a Kansas City headshot photographer that's proficient in photoshop... so you can look your absolute best.

As a Kansas City teen photographer, I am always taking workshops and courses to improve my Photoshop skills.  You never know when a client's favorite picture is going to be underexposed, overexposed, or just need a little magic.  I LOVED taking Katie's teen pictures.  She's a doll. 
When her mom selected the "before" picture as a favorite, I wasn't worried at all.  I worked a little Photoshop magic... and ta-da... you can see just how beautiful Katie is. 

Family Pictures - Lee's Summit Family Photographer - Waterfall Park

As a Lee's Summit family photographer, I love taking pictures of adorable babies and super cute families.  I had so much fun taking pictures of this sweet little girl and her mom and dad.  Taking family pictures should be easy and really showcase your family's personality.  We took these pictures at Waterfall Park in Independence.  There are so many wonderful locations for family pictures in the Lee's summit, independence, and blue springs area.  Here are a few of my favorite family pictures from my family photography session.

I love being a Kansas City Photographer (actually a Lee's Summit photographer), and I've been taking photographs in Kansas City for years.  But I had never had the opportunity to take photographs of a surprise proposal.  When Cameron contacted me about photographing his proposal, I was so incredibly excited.  We planned everything out.  All I had to do was wait.  The day of the proposal, I was so nervous.  Here are a few pictures from the proposal.  Her reaction was perfect.  Everything went perfect.

Ramie Second Session - Overland Park Senior Pictures - Prairie Fire Museum Senior Pictures

As a Lee's Summit senior photographer, I love taking senior pictures.  What makes taking senior pictures even better... when I get to photograph a senior who is incredibly comfortable in front of the camera.  Here's Ramie... she has super cute clothes; she's sweet as can be; and she's absolutely beautiful.  For Ramie's first session, we took senior pictures in Mission, Kansas.  But this time, we took senior pictures at Prairie Fire Museum in Overland Park.  Here are a few of my favorites from her Overland Park senior pictures photo session:

Before and After - Editing Pictures with Photoshop

Sometimes I think it's super fun to show just how important it is to find a photographer who knows how to use Photoshop to edit pictures.  Now... I'm not going to claim that I know everything, or even claim to be an expert in Photoshop.  But I am constantly taking classes to improve my editing skills and to grow as a photographer.  Here's a before and after of the beautiful Kenzie.  Check out how a little editing can really make a photograph pop. 
 

Kenzie Sweet 16 Session - Raymore Teen Photographer
